Grand Majestic Riverboat Company dba Grand Majestic River Cruises is governed by Terms and conditions on the Passenger Ticket and will be sent to you approximately 30 days prior to departure and is available upon request or online at www.grandmajesticrivercruises.com. Your payment of deposit or fullfare constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions. You should read and understand the terms and conditions carefully Grand Majestic is owned and operated by the Grand Majestic Riverboat Company.
All fares in are per passenger, double occupancy.
Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of $500 per person is due within 5 days of your initial reservation. The balance of the fare is due ninety (90) days prior to departure, any reservations not fully paid will be canceled and subject to the cancellation policy. Grand Majestic Riverboat Company dba Grand Majestic River Cruises accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diner’s Club, American Express, JCB, cash (if in person) or check. Reservations made 90 days prior to departure will require payment at the time of reservation.
Per Public Law 89-777, enforced by the Federal Maritime Commission, all fares are kept in escrow to protect passenger payments for water transportation on vessels of 50 passengers or more.

- Port Charges (if applicable)
- Airfare or travel expenses to and from your home city
- Alcoholic beverages
- Discretionary gratuities to vessel crew and tour operators
- Travel protection
Passengers who must cancel their Cruise are subject to fees as outlined below. Please see the Travel Protection section for details on cancellation protection.
- Full Refund …………Before 90 Days
- 50% of fare .....................after 90 days
- 75% of fare.....................After 60 days
- 100% of fare ......................After 30days
The Grand Majestic Riverboat Company dba Grand Majestic River Cruises reserves the right to cancel all reservations for which final payment is not received 90 days prior to the departure date. All cancellations are subject to a $200 per person administrative fee. Cancelations made for medical reasons or verifiable family emergencies (not covered by travel protection) prior to cruising are subject to review and will be fully refundable upon approval.
After a 10-day review Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable if you have not departed on your trip or filed a claim. Grand Majestic Riverboat Company dba Grand Majestic River Cruises is not obligated to refund any portion of the fare or other pay-ments for guests who must leave the voyage prematurely. This includes for medical or other reasons.
We recommend that you purchase a Travelex travel protection
plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel protection plans include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

Please Note: To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusion, the protection plan must be purchased within 21 days (Travel Select) or 30 days (Travel Max) from the time you make your initial trip deposit. However, the plan can be pur-chased any time prior to departure.

One included hotel night is provided as part of your fare. Guests may be required to present a credit card upon hotel check-in to cover their incidental charges.
Can be used toward onboard purchases not covered in the cruise fare. Onboard Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused portion of an Onboard Credit that is not used by the end of the voyage is forfeited.
Gratuities are not necessary but are at the discretion of the guest.
Final travel documents, including itinerary and vouchers (if applicable) will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure. Reservation must be paid in full and guests full names as it appears on their identification must be received before documents will be sent.
Passengers must notify us at the time of booking of any physical disability, mental disability or other conditions for which special accommodations are required. The Grand Majestic does not carry any medical professionals aboard. Medical conditions, urgent or emergency, will need to be addressed by shore side medical response. Guests needing assistance or those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by some-one who will take full responsibility for any their assistance during the cruise. Passen-gers requiring a wheelchair must provide their own. Please be aware that some shore stops, tours or excursions may have limited wheelchair accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health or safety of other guests.
Only designated service animals are allowed onboard. Please notify Grand Majestic River Cruises prior to sailing so appropriate accommodations can be made in advance for your animal.
The Grand Majestic
The Grand Majestic is U.S. Flagged Vessel. The Grand Majestic is regularly inspected by the United States Coast Guard for safety, health, and certifications.
